3. User Responsibility and Verification

While we strive to verify the authenticity of profiles through document checks and in-person validation, 2become1.in is not responsible for any false representation or misrepresentation of credentials by users.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the background, credentials, and intentions of other members before making any decisions or commitments.

Furthermore, users are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or taking screenshots of images shared on the platform, as such actions constitute a breach of privacy.

Any user found engaging in such practices—or in any other action that compromises another user’s privacy—will face immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

If a member believes their privacy has been violated by another user, it is their responsibility to report the incident, providing valid proof and relevant details of the individual involved, by contacting: info@2become1.in.

4. Payments and Fees

Subscription fees for user registrations must be made only at the office of Holy Ghost Church, Bangalore, either in cash or via UPI or directly to Cornerstone as the need may arise.

We do not have agents or representatives who collect fees on our behalf. Any payments made to third parties other than our official office are at the user’s risk and are not our responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

Our fees are set only to cover the basic costs of running this platform, and as such, all payments are non-refundable.

However, if your profile is rejected during the initial review process and never goes live, we will gladly process a full refund for you.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to create a meaningful and safe space for everyone.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Please exercise caution when sharing personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, or financial information. Do not share OTPs, payments, or sensitive data unless you are certain of the other party’s genuine intentions. Any sharing of such information is done at your own risk.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform respectfully and in alignment with Christian values. Harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any illegal conduct will result in suspension, termination of access or legal action.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on 2become1.in are the property of Holy Ghost Church and its partners. Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimers

2become1.in provides a platform to facilitate connections but does not guarantee any match, marriage, or outcome. Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2become1.in and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
