Verification is mandatory for your profile to go live. The Marriage Bureau is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except on holidays), between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

You can find a complete list of required documents on our FAQ page. We have also sent you an email with the list of required documents (please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox).

If you have opted for the eConnect Pass, our team will email you the details to upload your scanned documents along with the address to courier the hard copies to. Once your profile has been verified using the scanned copies, you will have seven days to send us the hard copies of the documents. Please note that failing to do so will result in your account being put on hold.
